In addition to commercial activities, Nakitel also works on social projects. In this way, we help talented and promising people and organizations realize their ideas and develop in the field of information technology. We believe that investments in people and their development are the best investment in the future.

In 2015, the Nakitel Charity Foundation was established to support educational and social initiatives in Ukraine. The foundation provides support for talent development, promotes innovative projects, and facilitates the spread of knowledge in information technology. Our goal is to make quality IT education accessible to everyone who wants to develop in this field, regardless of their social status or financial situation.

Since 2015, Nakitel Academy has been providing free training to promising and talented people in programming, cybersecurity fundamentals, graphic design, web development, and other in-demand IT specialties. Our graduates work successfully at leading IT companies in Ukraine and worldwide. We are proud that we help shape the next generation of highly qualified IT professionals who contribute to the development of technology and the digital economy.
